Hi my name is Terezia Foott.

First of all, I am a mother to my 4 and half year old little girl and a wife.  I am from Hungary originally, but I have been living in Ireland for the past 13 years.  The idea for my business Per4orm grew out of my life long interest and love for exercise.  The business name itself evolved from our original business “4orm” which is run by my husband.

I am an experienced and qualified Fitness Instructor and a Level 4 Personal Trainer having gained this qualification through the National Training Centre, Ireland.  I also have gained additional certification including:

I also hold a BA in Business Studies from Cork Institute of Technology. I am firm believer in education and always strive to acquire new knowledge in order to improve myself and also, for the benefit of my clients. You can never know enough. I love Maya Angelou’s quote:

I have always been really interested in the physical and the psychological effects of exercise and the connection between body and mind.  Each individual I work with I develop a tailor-made programme that factors in the relationship between lifestyle, physical needs and mental health needs.

I will put you at ease and help you to understand what is happening with your body.  I will also help you to become more aware of your current physical and mental situation and what improvements and adjustments you can make through exercise, nutrition and a positive mindset.   I will work with you to help you perform better whatever your life circumstances are at the moment.

I understand from my own life experience how important it is to keep your physical fitness and health at an optimal level and how challenging it can be a times.

I mainly work from Solas Health and Fitness in Carrigaline.  I also run classes in Crosshaven Rugby Club.
