These classes of between 5-10 people consist of traditional multi-joint, free-weight exercises for the upper, lower body and trunk like squats, deadlift, bench press and rows. Using mainly olympic barbells, medicine balls and kettle-bells, this well balanced full body approach will yield excellent results for postural and body composition improvements as well as general health and wellness.
